The Team
Nurova was founded in Seattle by David Jennings and Dragan Popovich, two former Microsoft product builders who share a passion for creating technology that improves lives. The project began in 2024 after Dragan suffered a stroke, when both cofounders saw first-hand how difficult recovery can be and how few tools exist to keep survivors connected and engaged.Nurova’s mission is two-fold: to support Dragan in his own journey of staying relevant, purposeful, and active—and to extend those same benefits to millions of other stroke survivors around the world. By blending AI-powered personalization, emotional intelligence, and accessibility, Nurova is building a platform that helps people reclaim independence and dignity.
